Rebekah Snyder has 27+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background is Real Property E&O Defense Litigation where she acted as Litigation Paralegal for a prestigious San Fernando Valley Real Property law firm and was also a chief mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. In her current position, she acts as liaison between principals, attorneys, state agencies, developers, tenants, and escrow/title offices. She also plays an integral role in locating competitive financing for our investors. She works with lenders and investors directly, thereby maintaining control of the progression of the transaction, further enhancing the likelihood of a successful close. With an array of both academic and practical experience, Rebekah provides clients with unparalleled underwriting and economic market projections. In her free time, she is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys the California life-style.
